What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Its helpful and quick customer support is what sets it apart from competing programs. Among Act-on's many useful features is its ease of use in building various types of online content, such as landing pages, forms, email campaigns, newsletters, and more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user-friendliness of Act-on's email builder and data collection tools is its greatest strength, in my opinion. My coworkers on the Act-on team are always there to lend an ear and offer solutions to any issues or queries that may arise. Being able to take advantage of Act-on's intuitive interface on a regular basis is a huge time saver compared to other apps I've used.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One area of worry has been the platform's native reporting and analytics, especially with data aggregation. We used to have to manually aggregate a lot of data in order to measure efforts before the Data Studio tool was added. On the other hand, this has recently undergone substantial upgrades that demonstrate a recognition of the necessity to tailor reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this application because to its ability to send several pre-drafted emails to a predefined list of recipients. Additionally, it offers the convenience of scheduling follow-up messages or alternate sending options for those who do not open the initial email. Act-On has a commendable reputation for successfully delivering emails to subscribers' inboxes, thanks to its efficient spam filtering and anti-spam techniques.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Act-On is great because it's easy to understand and use. By using Act-On resources, I can get answers to many questions about things I am already proficient at and I can always see a clear way to do those things.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part about Act-on is how easy the tools are to use, whether you're writing an email or collecting data. The Act-on team that I am part of is really helpful and supportive; They are always willing to lend a hand and answer any questions I have. Since I use Act-on daily, the intuitive interface saves me a lot of time compared to other apps I've tried.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This product is one of the most complex on the market, making it difficult to find qualified people who have experience working with it or who are willing to join our team to tackle it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Act-On informs the customer well, their wishes and their purchases. Having much of the information I need available is a great relief. Act-On is now helping us with an issue that is causing subscribers to contact us via email to schedule medical appointments. With this, doctors can achieve their monthly goals.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Act-On provides advanced email marketing capabilities and an overview of the sales funnel, from marketing efforts to qualified leads and ROI. The platform offers many powerful solutions for managing inbound customer contacts. The visual editor of the automated email program is very intuitive to use. Segments are easy to create and maintain, and automation is easy. They provide proactive strategic support based on a thorough understanding of marketing automation strategies and general digital marketing trends.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that you can not only customize email templates with dynamic content, but also customize the communication cadence based on user activity. I love that, with the tool, we can set up automated email campaigns to reach potential customers based on their engagement, where they are interested in buying and other insights we collect about them. I love that it helps with customer segmentation and content distribution. Act-On's easy integration with the CRM process was very important to us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be difficult to design email templates the way you want. Act-On's best reports are for your manually triggered emails, with little attention to implementing automated procedures. You also can't view all emails in HTML format. The learning curve is a bit steep at first, but Act-On has excellent customer service and answers questions quickly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Act-On platform makes it easy to view email recipient activity, which allows us to fine-tune communications and give our team an understanding of who is interacting, which in turn creates a list for them to call. Using dynamic email content and form conditions is perfect for us. It helps us segment and market to specific customers in certain product categories we offer.
