What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
I appreciate how flexible it is, since we are able to make changes to things like invoicing, branding, reports, and marketing campaign templates. It offers a full invoicing section where we can make our own invoices and modify existing ones, as well as invoice online and connect to Xero. The Gantt chart allows us to see the status of each work and the amount of time it takes in real time, and it makes it easy to create, assign, and track tasks for team members.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since the program included so many options, it took some time for the various teams to become proficient with it. The program would be ideal if it had a section for managing employees and payroll. Even with the technical support and lessons we were provided, configuring and migrating the software was a laborious process that required a lot of our time and attention.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All businesses should use this program; it's excellent. Without a question, having this software as our primary program for projects has been well worth the investment. It has helped us better manage our time, resources, projects, clients, and billing so that we can get more done in less time and generate greater revenue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Accelo is used to manage the whole project lifecycle, from creating tasks and allocating them to team members to tracking time and expenses. This program is great since it allows us to organize all of our customer information in one place, including notes, invoices, payments, and open tasks. When used together with other applications, such as Xero, Salesforce's sales cloud, PayPal, MailChimp, and social media platforms, it allows for optimal project growth.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
I like its flexibility, as it permits us to tweak numerous parts of the program like solicitations, marking, reports, and layouts for advertising efforts. It has an entire invoicing module, where we can make and redo solicitations, work out charges, web-based invoicing, and coordinate our Xero programming to have everything in one spot. It permits the creation, task, and following of exercises to colleagues effectively and we can follow the advancement of each undertaking and its time progressively through the Gantt graph.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The software provides a comprehensive solution for managing resources in a design office and has a wide range of interoperability options. We are happy with how smoothly crucial parts of our business are operating thanks to front-to-back automation. We adore how well-organized you can be throughout the business. We keep pretty organized, and everything seems to transfer nicely between teammates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If configured correctly for your business, the tool is highly user-friendly. This software is feature-rich, but more importantly, it has helped us manage all aspects of our sales cycle, including managing contacts, tracking leads, planning projects, and automated billing. The client portal function that allows the clients to collaborate on projects, accept quotations, and examine invoices is, nevertheless, the most amazing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The redesign of the community ideas page gives everyone at Digital 22 great confidence that if it will benefit enough people, there is a good chance we will see these and other significant updates shortly. There are a few things we would still love to see in the future that would help us automate more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We like being able to filter on personnel for specific periods to see hours spent by the project for billing purposes, and we liked how simple it was to record time on a ticket. Overall, this powerful CRM tool keeps track of all your clients in one location.
