Understanding and configuring complex automation workflows took time. It would have been more user-friendly for new adopters if the onboarding process.

There are very few programs that offer us so many effective tools to take my operation to the next level and have a much more solid administration in each of my company's projects. Accelo has the ability to be a great resource that we have to analyze and promote. our environment on the web and give it a greater service impact through email, since this program has become the number one for us in terms of project management and service to each of our clients inside and outside the company. web, thanks to the support that Accelo offers me, I can be much more objective and skilful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very gratifying to work hand in hand with this program, but I cannot leave aside the great problem of complexity that this program has, since I have seen many cases within the company where it is very difficult for them to have more potential development with the program. , there are many functions that it has and the correct order to put it to the test is not explained very well, the truth is that the learning level of this program can be somewhat slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
