What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

All-in-one integrated package covering project, ticket (support) and retainer based work. This allows the platform to flex to fit different business needs, particularly the underlying modularity which allows unused components to be toggled off/hidden.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Schedule Dashboard, in conjunction with auto scheduling functionality, allows for at-a-glance visibility of upcoming workloads and capacity gauging for rush jobs. Whilst kanban boards are available to users, the visualisation is based on the number of tasks a user may have, and so don't fully account for the differing time budgets required to complete those tasks. E.g. one user may be assigned x10 tasks and look v busy, however these are all 5 minute jobs, whereas another user may only show x1 task, but this is 20 hours worth of work. To this end, the Schedule Dashboard is a much more useful visualisation/tool, being hours based.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slow implementation of feature requests. There are a number of posts on the ideas forum with widespread support backlogged by a number of years, which are yet to be integrated e.g. client portal revamp, project plan tool, scheduling tweaks and google calendar integration upgrades. Appreciate balancing conflicting needs will slow things down, and some upgrades may dependant on progression in other areas, however it would be good to see faster uptake of feedback into product development cycles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Solid, comprehensive platform. Worth taking the time to get set up, explore all the features and fully configure to fit the business. Good degree of customisation available, with API, web hook and zapier options to integrate with further applications.

Quote building, product entry screen is too small when you have many line items to add, have to scroll up and down. Would love an integration with ZoomInfo
