What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

The team has confidence that they are focusing on the correct areas thanks to the integrated picture of our main business activities. OOB and bespoke connections with important systems aided in improving internal company efficiency and establishing a foundation for continual development. We utilized Excel before Accelo to keep track of information such as forthcoming event dates, registration deadlines, and presentation submission deadlines. We can manage all of these operations much more efficiently with Accelo.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how the task management is simple to use and easy to know what the next step is to keep the project operating well. The design is excellent and simple to use, the task manager is excellent, and it can be combined with Outlook, Accelo offers a comprehensive platform for project management, sales, service and CRM operations, it helps our teams to collaborate with a unified perspective of our clients, allowing them to focus on providing smarter, better business results, the Accelo team routinely delivers on their roadmap commitments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many critical functionalities are missing from their mobile apps, we can see that they are often updated, but there is still a long way to go before we can utilize it on a daily basis. Due to the limited reporting, a bespoke reporting platform was developed, Accelo is still working on RMM connections and managed services that are typical in our business.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Accelo excels in integrating all components of a CRM and keeping the team on track, Accelo support crew is simple to reach and always has the answers you're looking for. Instead of utilizing the mobile app, utilize your mobile browser to view the more functional online version.

Great tool to streamline project management

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Previously we utilized Google Sheets to track progress and adjust highlight colors to represent different states. We can now better track progress and control key workflows. The platform's time monitoring function is fantastic. You may open a job and begin it immediately by clicking the Start Timer button, the ability to build a bid and extract time estimates, milestones and tasks down to the actual work is also a big value and far superior to separate quote, time tracking, and invoicing systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy all of the capabilities that Accelo provides previously, we had restricted project management options. Now we can quickly create tasks and assign them to certain coworkers. On top of that, we can follow all of the progress with notifications for each stage and email notifications delivered right to our inbox if necessary. Accelo provides a plethora of customization and integration tools to expand its already excellent workflow, which includes easy sales and quoting, project management, time and expenditure monitoring and a plethora of payment choices. Their connections go easily and quickly we use Xero and Box and are simple to set up

What do you dislike most about this product?

A quick search for a particular filter can be a bit confusing. For example, when setting up a new task and needing to make changes or adjustments to that particular task, finding that task is not so fast. This tool is not infinitely customizable. With workflows defined, if you can adapt your business to it, the transition will be much smoother. They make it so useful to different clients in different industries, so you may need to work on completing some quirks in your process with their tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider the following use cases: This software is ideal for project management and CRM. You must pay for beginning services. They answer questions and advise you on the best course of action based on their previous experience with other clients. You saved a lot of time by starting from scratch and not having to read all the manuals and guidelines to find out how or whether you should do something.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Manage customer support requests and track the success of converting tickets to solutions. The advantage is tracking the support time spent resolving the customer's problem. This will help you maintain your budget. Accelo allows employees to work in one program instead of multiple programs. Email tracking allows the entire team to know what's happening in the project, even if the project isn't in the file. Billing saves you the trouble of exporting information. After billing for the time, go to Xero and click Approve. Once the invoice has been paid, click the button again and it will appear in Accelo.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The application is simple to use, and it combines many distinct components, such as project management and billing, into a single package. It's as simple as clicking a button to bill clients, for out-of-office meetings, the phone's app timer is fantastic. Email monitoring is the most effective. The team's support services are outstanding. The link with Gmail is really useful, and the calendar integration may use some improvement, but it is pretty intuitive and works well for keeping track of client appointments or internal meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hierarchical account permission structures can cause problems with client / ticket / task management when logged in as a contractor. Some Gmail integrations don't work as expected. Emails from Gmail may not appear in your inbox for some time or at all. Inbox management is a bit annoying as it has automatic updates and inline email client capabilities, and I hope it's much more seamless than it is today. But the team is really good at understanding and adding it and listing it when more people ask for it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We sought software that could accomplish everything for a fair cost rather than tens of thousands of dollars. Email monitoring was essential for me, especially while working on projects. I strongly recommend utilizing Accelo to handle client agreements, track support time, and map the path of a project from conception to realization. It is a really effective tool for managing customer relationships and experiences. The service has a distinct learning curve, so plan on a period of training as you learn how to utilize each accessible Accelo module.
