What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We use it to handle client contracts, track hours, plan and manage projects, and measure time against tickets and retainers. Accelo makes it simple to handle, bill, and retain tickets for different divisions using a single login. Billing synchronization with QBO to provide a smooth accounts receivable process. These were the two goals we set for ourselves when we chose Accelo, and they are what keep us coming back.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the configurable ticket filters, as well as the ability to automate and establish triggers and project management. Accelo provides a comprehensive solution. When it comes to project management and billing, the flexibility to incorporate multiple divisions and customer classes in one system saves us time, energy, and money. The capacity of the system to function online with our existing infrastructure is greatly enhanced by Quickbooks Online and Gmail synchronization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some simple user experience concerns that I've noted multiple times never appear to get resolved. Gmail and QBO syncs can occasionally fail. The latest search feature is less obvious than the prior one, and the CRM is very basic, therefore we no longer utilize it. Integration with Ninja may be better than it is now, while this is most likely a constraint on Ninja's side. Ninja cannot submit a ticket to Accelo using the API; instead, it must do so via email, with no associated screenshots.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Accelo is a wonderful option for any business trying to optimize their communication, task assignment, and payment processes. Set up ticket triggers and envisage your workflow ahead of time. It's very adjustable, and you'll be a better tool if you put in the work to configure it the way you want to use it. Their customer service is exceptional, and their onboarding process choices will match the demands and budget of any firm. I've been using Acello for my business for almost four years and have never considered moving to another tool.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We're using Accelo to solve a lot of process issues. Our current antiquated system necessitates several clicks and FTEs merely to launch the software that allows you to conduct your business. Accelo helps our company to be nimble and make data-driven choices without the use of third-party solutions or additional work from our team members. We can operate much more efficiently and effectively now that all of our calendars are in one location. I can also access all of my interactions with a customer before I talk to them, so I can see what was last discussed or completely grasp the account, which helps me seem professional while also saving tim
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that everything is in one location and that I can locate what I need without bothering or being bothered by a team member for information. I really enjoy how Accelo is always improving the user experience and listening to what people want before implementing new features to stay relevant. We are presently integrating additional products via APIs to automate invoicing procedures, license numbers, and data use across our stack, in addition to the built-in functionality of the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like that you can't sort by the MONTH that item is expected to be released. Instead, only in my department do we have to alphabetize and shift everything chronologically by date. The system does not have an on-premises interface with Quickbooks. To ease Accounting integration, our organization needed to pivot to a cloud-based solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Accelo is a cloud-based PSA for your MSP or MSSP company. This solution is not for you if you want a solution that requires a thick client installation on a local workstation. Having said that, Accelo is a respectable tool with excellent out-of-the-box integrations. There are APIs for third-party connectors, Forms APIs for generating custom forms for sales leads and support inquiries on your website, and Zapier integrations. My idea would be to start with your senior team at Accelo and then go on to other team members.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We were able to boost employee and customer responsiveness by utilizing automation and the customer portal. It provided us with a very significant decrease in constant work time from the beginning of its implementation, by automating certain repeatable processes within our organization, after logically due programming, which was wonderful for us, because we can consolidate the input of sales data that is carried out through emails in an automatic and simple way. The openness and insight provided by Accelo with G Suite improves our capacity to see what is going on with our team and customer interactions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Accelo enables us to provide intelligence and flexibility to our workflows, allowing us to fit the demands of our business or any business. This product comes to life thanks to personalization and automation. Workflows, emails, and reminder triggers may all be automated. Accelo is a very important program when automation is necessary in repeated processes that an organization obtains, notably when it comes to professional work sections, which implies a delicate region in these high-level business work areas, specifically in emails. tremendous amount of data that must be delivered on a regular basis
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because of the constant performance that this software must perform, the vision in the programming area that maintains it could be more consistent, because sometimes establishing an update of the work that it must execute, to an unrepeatable environment, is difficult, because if the functions are internally peculiar and require basic knowledge to learn to use their purposes, in an easier and more comfortable way, being otherwise a total challenge, which must update these areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The advantages of automation and integration outweigh the setup time. Look for a trustworthy partner to assist with implementation. Accelo is an advanced system built on the automation of professional services within an organization. It includes a magnificent program for the management of projects and tasks that frequently stand out in a commercial establishment, highlighting that it is ideal in labor-related issues, to automatically update client profiles, to easily visualize when was the last time of interaction by correspondence.
