What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We can track progress and handle specific workflows more effectively and efficiently. I truly like the platform's time monitoring function. By pressing the 'Start Timer' button, you may launch a task and begin it immediately. This also helps assess how much time we spend on specific activities, which assists top management in properly prioritizing. Furthermore, the ability to build a quotation and then extract time estimates, milestones, and assignments down to real work is a tremendous benefit and far superior than separate quote, time tracking, and invoicing systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy all of the features that Accelo provides; we can simply set up assignments and allocate them to certain coworkers. In addition, we can follow all progress via notifications for each stage and email notifications delivered directly to our mailbox if necessary. Accelo features a plethora of customization and integration opportunities to expand its already excellent workflow, which includes everything from easy sales and quoting to project management, time and expenditure monitoring, and a plethora of payment choices. Their connections go easily and quickly (we use Xero and Box), and they are simple to set up.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might be perplexing at times to fast search for certain criteria. When I create a new task, for example, I can't find it as fast if I need to make edits or revisions to that specific job. I have pre-made filters set up, but it would be beneficial if we could extend it to the entire platform rather than just the task side. There are several flaws, such as windows that appear over buttons, uneven aesthetic themes, or button positioning. All minor issues that do not pose a problem, and they are constantly correcting, upgrading, and adding features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider the following use cases: This software is ideal for project management and CRM. You must pay for beginning services. They answer questions and advise you on the best course of action based on their previous experience with other clients. You saved a lot of time by starting from scratch and not having to read all the manuals and guidelines to find out how or whether you should do something.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
The advantages include measuring support time spent resolving client concerns, which assists us in staying within budget. It enables my team to focus on one program rather than several. Email monitoring informs the entire team about what's going on with projects, even if it's not documented. Billing eliminates the need for me to export information; I simply charge the hours and then go to Xero and authorize. When payments are paid, simply click the button again, and they appear in Accelo; this is a major time saver.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy how simple it is to use, and how it combines so many various components, such as project management and billing, all in one. It's as simple as clicking a button to bill clients. For out-of-office meetings, the phone's app timer is fantastic. The history of communications back and forth between us and clients is simple to track. The connection with Gmail is quite useful. The calendar integration may need some effort, but it's quite simple and effective for keeping track of client or internal meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When signed in as a contractor, the tiered account authorization structure might cause complications with client/ticket/task management. Some Gmail integrations don't operate as effectively as they should; emails from Gmail may not appear in your Inbox for a while or at all. Inbox management is a pain, and I wish it were much more frictionless than it is now, with an auto-update tool and more in-line capabilities with an email client, synchronization of inboxes has always been an issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend utilizing Accelo to handle client agreements, track support time, and map the path of a project from conception to realization. It is a really effective tool for managing customer relationships and experiences. The service has a distinct learning curve, so be prepared for a training time as you learn to utilize each accessible Accelo feature. Accelo support is also quite attentive, and they will answer any queries you have or take feature suggestions.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
We utilize Accelo for the complete quote-to-cash process, and it is linked with Hubspot CRM, Quickbooks, Office 386, and Expensify to provide a comprehensive PSA platform. It handles the estimate. Project quoting, digital quoting approvals, time capture/approvals, invoicing, and operational reporting are all part of the process. We are utilizing Accelo to tackle 80% of the challenges that we had prior to installation. If we hadn't used Accelo at the time, the transition would have been difficult, if not impossible. The ability to combine many tools into one has been a lifesaver.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We conducted a thorough examination of the PSA platforms, and without a doubt, Accelo offers the most comprehensive set of "projection-to-bill" features that we could discover. The product is quite adaptable and meets the majority of our requirements. We were able to become acquainted with the tool and implement features as needed. Accelo also connects with a variety of third-party applications, including Quickbooks, Hubspot, and Office 365. I've even created my own custom reports using the Power BI connector.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that their reporting engine requires additional fees to properly utilize it. In other platforms, this is a basic and fundamental feature. Allow your users to utilize it as a key feature; in fact, it's a need. My only other concern is that the user interface might be overly complicated in some circumstances. There is a lot going on, which might be overwhelming for certain people - a simpler design would be useful, but this is a minor issue. I've grown to enjoy the durability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Accelo is one of the greatest applications I've seen, and it does an excellent job of covering all of the capabilities it claims to provide. Prepare to put in some effort and time to get the tool to perform effectively. As I tell all of my clients, the more effort you put into adopting and mastering the method, the more benefit you will receive.
