What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Accelo PSA covers the entire breadth of agency operations from Sales (quoting and estimations) to account, project, and task management. It is very clear to see who is working on each account and project, and to determine each team member's bandwidth in order to maximize productivity. The software handles time entries for payroll calculations, client billing, reporting, and integrates with Quickbooks and Gsuite mail. The client portal and sign off features make client collaboration easy and ensures organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Accelo has made a huge difference in our ability to simplify and automate our project management and project quoting processes. Once we customized everything exactly the way we wanted it (with the help of our Accelo onboarding partner!) we were able to jump right in and get to work. And the client retainer management feature is OUTSTANDING.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting module is my least favorite aspect of Accelo, as certain reports are free but most require a subscription for access. That is the ONLY area in which Accelo could improve, in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To start, schedule a demo with an Accelo representative. The walk-through will show you everything the platform is capable of, and they can answer all of your questions. The sales team is very patient and passionate about their product! Additionally, you can ask to speak with other Accelo users and they will happily make the connection for you to speak to a current user.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

I would say the adaptability. It can help with organizing teams, time tracking and others based on customer requirements with ease. Also, it has a ton of different alternative for reporting which can be adapted per teams, groups and others. Definitely a great tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once configured, reporting, time logs, team work. Everything can be properly tracked and followed up in order to provide a good control. It is pretty easy to find what your looking for and prepare documentation based on registries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the beginning it might be a bit overwhelming for new users. It's not so easy to navigate on the first day but, after some minor learning curve, work with the app gets easier and comfortable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to run some proper test to identify what you will be actually using from the app.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

Very feature-rich compared to something like Monday.com. But Accelo can be very confusing to get to grips with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project management is the best feature, with so many projects running this helps our company stay on track with all tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The various ways that you can achieve the same result or function, this software is a bit confusing and frustrating at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a look at different options before you go ahead with Accelo, have them give you a good demo of exactly how the software works before you make up your mind.
