It introduces Team Folders, which enables teams of any size to work together securely like they're right beside you. Besides, you get the Zoho Office Suite Editors, and complete access stats at the team level and the team folder level. What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

Zoho docs has a very easy to understand and simple application that’s makes it different from other zoho docs is secure and trustworthy application

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zip and unzip of docs is something I like about the application it’s gets very compressed so it occupies the less space

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is glitch into the application yeah but it’s logo is quite not attractive if anything that can be changed is that application logo

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend zoho docs to all industry across there specially for Human Resources it’s an application to keep the data of employee at under a single umbrella

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

The integrations with other Zoho apps is quite handy. Also the different file formats supported by Zoho docs is quite impressive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the way how easy it is to share the document access amomg team mates. Also Zoho docs supports offline syncing which is useful during non availabilty of internet

What do you dislike most about this product?

Apart from zoho apps, the integrations with other 3rd party applications is quite limited

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very good, reliable and cheap alternative to other costly players in the market. I would surely suggest this and recommend users to try it out atleast once

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

Integrates with other software products. The feature set is remarkable. It is cost-effective. There is a free tier available. It is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform provides security protocols to give security to the files created, shared, and edited on the platform. There is cloud storage provided ranging from 1GB to 25GB. Desktop synchronization. The platform offers great analytics that gives comprehensive audit trails. Zoho Docs offers online collaboration. It can store any format files. The e-signature feature is a great addition.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not a thing i have come to dislike about this platform, i love that it has focused on giving great security as this was our most coveted feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Docs is a top-rated document management system. It has given us all the tools and features we needed for managing files and documents in our organization. The feature set is great, allows us to create, edit and share documents and even collaborate on the platform. It also has great cloud storage which is a great plus. I highly recommend Zoho Docs.
