What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoho Social is its deep integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem. This connectivity allows for seamless data sharing and workflow automation across various Zoho applications. It is great as my company uses other zoho products too!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of Zoho Social is its analytics, which, while comprehensive, can be less detailed and less customizable compared to leading competitors like Sprout Social or Hootsuite. This is a big limitation for us as it ristricts ourselves from getting in-depth data analysis and custom reporting capabilities to work on our social media strategies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are also considering Zoho Social. Then, take full advantage of the 15-day free trial to explore its features thoroughly. Also, you should pay particular attention to how it integrates with other Zoho products if you're already using them.

Im very much a fan of going for one time payments rather than reccuring expenses but this time i went for this because of the price is so reasoable

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

In a relatively short time, we were able to expand our organization's online profile and strengthen our interaction with customers. Its comprehensive feature set, including the ability to schedule posts, monitor mentions and manage comments, as well as its incredibly intuitive and user-friendly design, make it an ideal tool for managing our organization's social media presence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have found the ability to efficiently schedule and publish content to multiple social networks to be the most useful feature of Zoho Social. It allows us to easily create a publishing calendar and schedule content to be published on different networks at a later date, which has saved us a lot of time and effort.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform supports a large number of social networks, but it may cause problems for some users, as it does not yet support all of them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using Zoho Social to manage our organization's social networks has been incredibly beneficial. It has made posting content to various networks much easier. Scheduling posts is very easy and the networks are always up to date. The analytics and reports it provides help us understand how we are doing on each network and how to improve our online presence. Finally, the ability to manage conversations in real time is a great advantage, as it allows us to respond to comments and mentions on all networks from a single platform, which improves communication.
