What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Has few lines of support, only has online support, and is not act for freelancer, you can try with a free account which allows you to compare with other similar programs, has no accessible API and only has integration with 8 social networks, the main market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho is very easy to set up and can be easily customized. At the beginning of each week, I usually create a roadmap or content calendar with different types of messages I want to post during the week, Zoho allows me to schedule these posts individually or collectively across many social media platforms, it produces relevant data that is easy to understand and that helped me make informed decisions. I was even able to figure out what would be the most convenient time to post something on a particular platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the aspects in which it must improve is in its integrations with social networks, and to be able to have access to freelancer and to make modifications in the API, otherwise it is an excellent option by its cost and reliability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I fully recommend this platform to use in major social networks, has innovative tools that allow advertising and social campaigns effectively and in the time you have, I do not recommend it for freelancers who want to make changes with the API as it does not have, is a fairly simple to use, and safe.
