What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
Through its many integrations, Zoho enables brands to plan posts effectively on numerous channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration. The Kanban board expansion brings visual management to your Zoho Social and gives your group a way to isolate your CRM information into something as simple and powerful as sticky notes on a board.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like Zoho Social, I am completely convinced that I LOVE IT.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Social permits you the chance of synchronizing your client in Zoho with your informal organizations like Facebook for Business, Instagram, LinkedIn for Business, Twitter, Zoho CRM, and so on ..., so a similar organization can react to every one of its clients, keeping in this manner a more viable correspondence with clients while advancing business advertising.

It's very easy to use, also has a wide range of features which are very effective and detailed when compared to competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MAin features like Social reporting, sentiment analysis and competitor analysis reports are very detailed and more appealing. It is an amazing tool to make reports from.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service s not up to the mark, eats a lot of time while onboarding the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Absolutely go for it. It is an emerging favorite of marketers.
