What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
It's a platform for small and medium businesses, it's specific for companies that want to start managing customers online, it has a fairly user-friendly dashboard, and easy to manage is not appropriate for large companies that handle very large and considerable amounts of customers, Salesforce is mostly appropriate for that
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because you can be in direct contact with your customers, you can make a creation of leads, alarms that warn you about the activities within the platform of each client, the appropriate sales, clicks on the ads and advertising campaigns, and especially the enthusiasm of people regarding your product, all in one place displayed through a friendly and intelligent board
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integrating the program with other products is complicated, and the integration is not completely consistent, working with artificial intelligence is a bit cumbersome so you need a lot of learning to manage it, for beginners is quite complicated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend working with this program to small and medium sized companies, it is not very useful for large companies but it has many features that make it a quite complete program to work and manage customers online, manage sales and keep track of impetuosity and the desire that our customers have to invest within the company.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is a service that is distinguished by being completely personalized to adapt impressively to the standards of use that its users need, its system is highly guaranteed that is to say, unlike other services the functionality of Zoho CRM is indisputable, in the time that I have been using this service I have been impressed by how efficient it has been for our organization. The truth Zoho CRM is characterized by high quality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One point I must say that I love Zoho CRM is that it is a very easy service to implement in any organization, the results obtained in the area of marketing are very impressive, the interface provided by this system is very intuitive and allows us to work with great ease. From my personal opinion I believe that the design of this platform is very special to adapt to the needs of its users, its price is of much advantage since it is very accessible compared to other existing alternatives, in conclusion Zoho CRM is an excellent alternative to choose at the time of acquiring a reliable marketing software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The operation of this software in all the time I have used it with my team has proven to be very good, however I would love to have a more powerful support team to respond quickly to users when there are problems with the operation of this service. But really in all the time I have been using this platform we have only needed the support team twice, since this service works great most of the time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Personally I consider myself a very critical person when describing a software, Zoho CRM is a service that I consider unique for its high efficiency and really is a very good alternative to implement in any business for many reasons, the reason I consider most important is the incredible price offered by this platform. In my organization I have had the opportunity to see how good this service is and I recommend Zoho CRM with a lot of guarantee.
