Zoho CRM was my first client relationship tool to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite thing is that this tool creates excellent environment for the business and clients to interact smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to dislike from this great platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is great tool that I highly recommend to any company for proper customer relationship.

I have not had an opportunity to use other similar products and do comparisons.

This is great product in management of sales and marketing in any organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we deployed this tool I have not not disliked anything from its functionality.

I greatly recommend this platform in any organization for effective sales and marketing of products.
