What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho is a fantastic CRM firm that is especially beneficial to small and medium-sized businesses. It includes all of the necessary features for administration, such as staff attendance, expenditures, leaves, calendar, and location monitoring.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho CRM is a comprehensive CRM and sales-marketing system. The nicest part is that it's all done online and is fully integrated! There is a fantastic Outlook connection plug-in available. It saves us a lot of time by keeping track of our contacts for us. It's simple to run campaigns and track their progress.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In certain situations, the Outlook plug-in fails to log in and incorrectly indicates that the credentials provided are invalid. However, after contacting Customer Service, the issue was quickly addressed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Guys, go with Zoho CRM because it includes a lot of valuable tools that may help you maximise the potential of your business.

API integrations are still a big challenge to us.

This is one of the best CRM platforms which can be used in all sectors and sizes of organization. The different marketing technique features offered by them make the work easier and efficient. The price is also affordable.
