What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM can do it all. It can handle credit card payments and subscriptions. It can do video meetings and software application development. It can do project management and contract building. It can do online signing and spreadsheets. It even has a telephony system. As such, not even Google Workplace comes close. This is what initially attracted to it. We had a complex suite of tools that integrated more or less seamlessly one with another and it made sense to go with a place that could provide us with all the tools we needed under one roof.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In terms of cost, it's hard to argue against ZohoCRM. If you can live with its quirks, the price is unbeatable when you look at everything it does. If you look at Google Workplace that gives you a lot of the same tools as Zoho, you would still need to get a decent solution for your CRM, payment management, accounting, project management, live chat, social media calendar, marketing funnel and email marketing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It promises the world, but gives you an average experience. We expected that all the tools would talk to one another seamlessly, but they don't, really. We might have been better off to look for specialist solutions and piece together 3 or 4 big pieces
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think very carefully about the compromise you are making by getting all the tools you could possibly need, but none of them do exactly everything you might need very well

A tier One CRM for a quarter of the price

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
A comprehensive end-to-end CRM tool with anything you could ever need and more without the extortionate pricing of the big named products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and ability to find whatever you need then and there. End-to-end campaign management and control
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as everything I cannot do such as versioning of documents etc - is all there you just need to look for it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start small and build up additional features and functionality uses as there is everything you need amidst the product and to 'Big Bang' the adoption will leave staff on the starting blocks.
