What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM has substantially improved our ability to manage sales relationships and opportunities. We can customize fields and modules to make the platform work according to our specific needs and automating repetitive tasks is very useful, as tasks like updating records and sending follow-up emails are done automatically, allowing me to focus more on building customer relationships.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The benefits of automation, real-time information availability, and teamwork have been crucial to streamlining our sales process and improving customer connections.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Custom automations may require coding, which presents a drawback for some users who are not familiar with coding or other technical skills.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a really useful CRM. Platform automation tools are a great way to optimize processes and save time. Additionally, reporting time is a good way to track performance, making them a great choice for various organizational needs.

I have yet to encounter any aspects that I find displeasing.
