One of my favorite aspects of Zoho CRM is its extensive customization capabilities. It allows businesses to mold the CRM system to fit their unique needs, which is particularly valuable for companies with specific workflows or niche requirements. From custom fields, modules, and layouts to advanced automation and workflow rules, Zoho gives users the flexibility to tailor nearly every aspect of the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the potential downsides of Zoho CRM is its learning curve, especially for users new to CRM systems. Additionally, customer support in the lower-tier plans may not be as responsive or robust compared to premium plans or other CRMs. Some users may find it difficult to get immediate assistance without upgrading to higher-priced plans, which can be frustrating when encountering technical issues or trying to navigate complex features.

Haven't tried similar products but customizations in Zoho is great and fits all customer needs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Project managements because I can easily track the status of my projects from onboarding to completion
What do you dislike most about this product?
loading times can be a bit slow sometimes especially when loading big documents
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can recommend this to those business who has various task monitoring with different staffs and easy sending documents to clients via Zoho sign
