What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho CRM is quite a bit more customizable than most other CRM systems. There’s a healthy limit of 300 custom fields per module in the Enterprise edition. Workflow automation, macros, and something Zoho calls a “blueprint” all ensure people stay on task and don’t waste time manually ZOHO CRM favourite part is that User Interface an its home screen. Zoho CRM its looks Modern, Clean & Polished. We Can Easily Find any task to do for example ease access of different modules & quick action menu's. It Has top features like Web Forms, workflow, signals, sandbox and Customization of fields or layouts as well adding sections and subforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
zoho which is popular with small businesses. CRM is a complete Sales cycle process : Leads Management, Follow ups, Opportunities, Quotations, Sales Orders Management. Without the said process fulfilling, CRM usage by the companies, will be like having all the requirement for preparing a food without a fuel. • Requires a lot of customisation to get started. • Limited customer support. • Forms aren't optimised for conversions. • Zoho offers a lot of features but the depth of their functionality proves limited as your demands increase.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Zoho One Plan: Zoho CRM offers a plan known as Zoho one that provides you a bundle of applications that are designed to automate the tasks of business. It provides 40 applications in the Zoho One package such Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk & more. So the user does not have to pay for each app separately. Easy-to-use Interface:- The interface of Zoho CRM is very easy to use so it can be easily introduced in the organization. Integration with other apps - Zoho CRM integrates with other apps very easily. So it is very easy to work with Zoho CRM. What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
The entire company uses Zoho CRM to manage our daily processes and report on our projects. We track our daily records with all the basic modules such as Contacts, Accounts and Transactions. We have customized most of these modules to better reflect our own internal processes, as this is easy to do in Zoho CRM. The built-in reporting features allow us to easily customize reports the way we want, giving us excellent business insights.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reporting feature is very good. Similarly, the ability to create custom "views" in our module log gave us greater insight into key data stored in Zoho CRM. Integration with other Zoho applications is critical for us, and Zoho CRM acts as a hub for project tracking, communication and task tracking for our team. Most, if not all other Zoho applications are natively integrated with Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM is highly customizable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I can't say anything negative about Zoho CRM. One last thing to add is that Zoho CRM has so many features that it is difficult to configure each one to optimize our team's success. It is important to use the features that best reflect our company's internal processes. Integrate with Zoho Social or other social networking tools. This may be due to my lack of effort to make better use of this existing functionality. I would say some UI improvements, although this feature works with the upcoming canvas generator.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho CRM is a must-have for anyone using the rest of the Zoho CRM platform. In addition, it acts as a tightly integrated hub with other Zoho applications. Making it the only Zoho application where our project users can log in to check emails, tasks, deal status, etc. on a daily basis. As administrators, it is critical that we optimize the way we configure Zoho CRM to provide the most useful information to our users while requiring the least amount of data entry from them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drag and drop option for creating marketing or any analytics reports has several options. Integrating with Wordpress is also simple and easy
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not getting all the features to test in the free version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
After using our CRM, you'll feel that your work has been more accessible and that a non-technical person is only minimally required to be present.
