What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho has a lot of great features, you can customize emails and integrate with Gmail to track directly on the appllication

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

when we started an initiative called close the loop we were able to customize the deals fields to add a close the loop and improvement suggestion filed that updated realtime

What do you dislike most about this product?

when they updated there wasnt so much training materials to go by we had to get their team to train us

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for tracking across all customer facing department especially for sales and recruitement

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

The Zoho CRM suite is a part of a bigger software package. With a combination of all Zoho products, you can manage all your online business needs! They offer a full business package, much like Office 365 for CRM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The breath of features Zoho offers. It pretty much includes everything you need for your online business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much as it is very complete. You should double-check the pricing plan, though, as you want to match it with your business size and needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely give Zoho CRM a try, as their software packages includes everything you might need in your online business software package.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Users of Zoho CRM can approach problems in business from a variety of angles and find answers for a wide range of management tasks. It's a convenient way to centralize our contact information for prospects and clients. In terms of business administration, it is applicable to both large and small enterprises. Purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices are all within our capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For almost two years, I had the great fortune of using Zoho CRM, especially for E-mail marketing, as well as for supervising and performing the sales analytics on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. It's a good practice for me to keep tabs on all of the messages I've sent out to users via email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Investing in the full Zoho suite or only the apps you need isn't always the best choice. Finding the correct software for the job might be challenging when there are so many options within a single suite. The most user-friendly experience would have a notification setting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most user-friendly aspect of Zoho CRM is that it allows me to review all sales-related activity with my entire team. It's simple to follow up on a purchase. The greatest all-in-one suite for running a company.
