Management of client accounts, new business leads, and old client meetings all in one place

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of conversion from a lead to an account

An upper limit on modules listed on the webpage should be increased

Zoho CRM is well suited for sales professionals in any firm. It saves a lot of hassle and provides ease of access, time management and helps in keeping track of the entire sales team

I have not used similar products before.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives us an opportunity to get notification from our customers as soon as they appear and consider their opinions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to dislike from this great product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For an organization to have close relationship with their clients and get quick returns on investment I highly recommend Zoho CRM.
