What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Zoho CRM platform performs in a comprehensive way the management of potential business opportunities based on powerful and complex algorithms whose information captured in specific reports guide the way forward to the marketing team and focus efforts to achieve the desired transaction. It also has differences with other similar products such as its mail marketing platform which offers the possibility of sending up to 1000 emails per day as a limit and in other platforms that number is much lower. The adaptability to mobile environments is very striking and the features do not reduce its potential.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The extensive range of functionalities it provides is something to highlight, whether in B2B or B2C business models, its analysis system focuses on detecting potential customers and analyzing needs and trends in order to automatically assign the right people to achieve the business in an effective way. It also has a powerful tracking tool with integration in social networks such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter that provides useful information about tastes and needs of a lead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment and based on the implementation that has been given to the tool in our organization I have no negative aspects, so far it fully complies with the functions for which it is developed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a support to the marketing department and customer management tool is undoubtedly one of the best currently on the market, its ability to detect potential new business opportunities optimize the commercial work of any organization, of course, also based on a customization and configuration of specific parameters for the platform to deliver its full potential, ie, the human factor is undoubtedly preponderant.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

Customers can share customer information, and by selecting input items in some detail, the information can be aligned. There will be differences in the content that will be described, therefore everyone should be aware of it by explicitly describing the necessary components. As well as capturing data, we use the dashboard's capabilities to keep track of progress. It's also a good idea to customize the main parts and use different displays for each division.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A customer's information may be searched for the first time in history based on more than just the company or person's name. One of the benefits of my experience is that I may analyze the nuances of a previous contact history with a client when another individual replies to a business discussion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To save time while searching for customer information, it would be good to be able to exclude future consumers and former customers from the search.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ability to organize and exchange client information is essential for any company. Information may be centralized, eliminating the need to generate and exchange lists in spreadsheets from start, saving time and money. As a result, you may create dashboards and display reports based on the numbers and actions of your team, as well as the reasons why you wish to input a large amount of data.
