What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is widely used by the small and mid-size organization, it has alot of features where you can easily manage the leads and opportunities
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
if you are using other products from zoho such as zoho books and contracts, you get a complete suite and becomes handly to manage the entire sales cycle
What do you dislike most about this product?
compare to other crm tool such as hubspot or salesforce, Zoho still needs the smooth functionality, like having activitiy log, upload heavy documents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
it's the best CRM tool in the mid-size market, cheap tool with lot of needed features
