its comprehensive suite of collaboration and communication features, intuitive user interface, seamless integration with other Zoho applications, robust security measures, and exceptional customer support.

My favorite aspect of this product is Tasks Module

I recommend that Zoho consider add a status feature within feeds module.

The amount of features available. If there isn't a feature that you need, most times you can work with developers to figure out a solution.

Not really anything I dislike, it works well for our company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't look at the out-of-the-box as the only option. Highly configurable and can work with different Zoho applications.

What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

Actually we are using zoho connect for our daily basis of reporting and team collaboration as well as our organtization workspace for past 6 years

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The forums modul and feeds

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration between zoho services need to be fixed (kinda pricey when it comes to webhooks only available on few subscription)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good platform for internal collaboration and productivity
