A great platform for analytics.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
Zoho Analytics is a good platform once it involves obtaining hidden meaningful insights out of data. At my organization, we are using this self-help Bi & Analytics platform for the past 3 years and are very proud of the productivity. Primarily I’m using the helpdesk analytics function most of the time and this is often excellent that I can get my support team’s performance in the sort of a report and dashboard that is extremely helpful to get deep information concerning the helpdesk function.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard of Zoho Analytics is the one that I favor the most, this is really necessary on my behalf of me and this is the most effective feature of this platform according to me, each time I open this platform I go directly to the dashboard to check the performance of my helpdesk team, I can see every and each detail from here within the form of a percentage, graphs, and pictures.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the high cost and the Zia AI assistance feature, yes the price of this platform is incredibly high I have to say although this is the best price to pay still I feel the cost is very high and on the other hand the Zia AI assistance feature is nice but not the best, typically it workes properly and sometimes it doesn’t, this is not correct and therefore I dislike this feature of Zoho analytics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest Zoho Analytics to my clients and friends who are starting with a business to maintain management over analytics and insights.
