What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Well most important thing I've notices is, Workday is center for a large number of Big Companies, we get the chances to apply to various roles of different companies, instantly with pre-filled application along with chance to upload latest resume whenever we want.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is, it can help one application and basic information to be applied to multiple roles if we want to, we don't need to hassle every time to start from Scratch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In particular, there is nothing to dislike, however I would love if the auto fill could be a bit better, sometime it makes stuff go wrong.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just Go For it, make sure to keep your resume well structured.

Their integration with Job boards all around the globe makes it way better than it’s competitors. Also the presence they have in the US market is the best for Recruiters looking for candidates there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their integration with job boards in LATAM, US and APAC, plus the amazing mobile app they have. Gives you access to all your candidates on the go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price is quite expensive if you want to promote your job post amount different job boards online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
