What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the system integrations between ERP, HR system and Benefits. Overall hits the mark across the board.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initial implementation was a bit clunky and expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall this product was able to deliver on the many needs of a growing company that fills the need of a cloud spaced ERP, HR system that is safe.

What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Workday talent management is one of a greatest thing that i have ever experienced. It has so much unique features like employee verification checks which has helped me a lot and employee boarding process is also very smooth by using employee growth and monitoring feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Employee growth analysis check and employee monitoring and verification checks are my favourite aspects of this product.moreover it is cost efficient and has high accuracy with data maintenance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to be dislike about the product yet the features available could be enhanced more while keeping in mind the concept of user friendliness. Rest everything is good about this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would like to recommended all the mangers and HR of the good organisations to always keeps an option of this software while hiring new candidates so as to achieve a better hiring and good candidates
