Workday does HCM well and continues to expand into other use cases. With workday you know you are working with an industry leader who will continue to drive new value

super clean and simple

What do you dislike most about this product?

some of the newer features are pretty stripped down

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a strategy for how to get ALL value out of the product. If you are looking at a SINGLE use case there are other vendors who are cheaper, but none are going to be cheaper in the long run
