What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Workday looks very well integrated and has multi channel functionality that is deployable quickly in any sized organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The end user interface is great but the best part would be the total integration of the Talent Management flow, along with nifty features like the feedback record keeping for employees, which becomes a issue when done over mails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It looks a bit frayed at the corners still. Maybe changing the look and feel of dashboard and better approach to UX design would help users navigate the huge system and it's subparts a bit better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, it will make life easier for the entire HR part of the organization. Right from Talent acquisition to performance tracking and separations.
