What do you dislike most about this product?

WFM - it still needs work but we are aware of enhancements that are on the way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to try the sandbox environment and test drive your day to day activities not just the functionality you are looking for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to use UKG Learning to better understand the software and how to make constant improvements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UTM and Recruitment are not to the same standard as the other modules.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Fantastic product, you have to take the time to learn the software. Once you get your basics the skies the limits.
