The amount that they have into scheduling, learning, communication is years farther then any other company with an HR service. They have Talk which provides communication and also filters messages, which has made it easier to cover shifts. They have UKG Learning which makes it easier to access information for teams and to also put everything in 1 place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hands down it is UKG Talk!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our set up of our product did not go well. We are now on year 3 with this product and we still don't have PTO working. Also, with OT it pays employees double instead of time and a half, so we have to manually enter it in every payroll. These are things that make it difficult and we have to work with on a daily basis.
