What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

I personally like Bamboo Hr more because it was quite easy tool in comparison to confusing UKG portal

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Just that they have added shortcut feature on left side of the dashboard

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface i feel lost when i want to apply leaves

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for bamboo Hr much better than UKG portal.UKG confuses me

The product included many different pieces that other programs don't. The amount of programs they also work with helps many different companies.

Reporting and ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Meet with UKG and go over options if you are looking for a complete program for HRIS, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and more.
