Does complicated timekeeping like no other

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

It can do complicated pay rules / work rules, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can do the complicated timekeeping that others can't do. They constantly improving the product and features. Their customer support is awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Business Structure. It needs work especially when interfacing with SAP on-premise or SuccessFactors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research in picking an implementation partner. One who has done many, especially in your area - e.g. manufacturing. One who has experience in the Dell Boomi interface arena, especially if they have done interfaces before with your HCM solution - e.g. PeopleSoft or SAP
