What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Mainly the features offered and the relative simplicity of the product views.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting is most important and the BI customization option is most helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Service. It takes too long to reach help and then we are told to wait up to 3 days for Rapid Response. Not helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep an eye on everything. Do not assume that UP is going to do everything for you correctly and that you do not have to monitor each step.
