What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG's customer support and learning center goes above and beyond most vendors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can be very efficient with this all-in-one platform. It meets our needs from Recruiting, Onboarding, Timekeeping, Performance Reviews, Compensation Management, Payroll and Taxes, Reporting, and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although much of the product is customizable, I wish more of the pages were configurable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Determine if the product features meet your needs and the cost meets your budget.

WFM - it still needs work but we are aware of enhancements that are on the way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to try the sandbox environment and test drive your day to day activities not just the functionality you are looking for.

Recruiting - had to implement an ATS through a partner

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Negotiate on implementation fees and have an Excel guru on staff to assist!
