we previously had Ultimate and the transition would have meant more work than what was necessary

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Probably the most special thing about UKG Pro is that it does not only handle payroll needs but other important functionalities such as HCM. In a nutshell, it is very resourceful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have been using and I can say I like that it is very resourceful and capable. There is so much we can do with the tool besides preparing payroll. The software is also affordable unlike many other options in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the tool is well equipped and comes with great features, the User Interface is not one of the best.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend UKG Pro because it works well and comes with great features that makes many business process easy and not just payroll processing. It is a great addition when to comes to handling issues to do with Human Resource Management.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

I've only used one other product but I wasn't in HR so I can't compare them fairly. UKG is easy to use although there is a learning curve however they provide plenty of training options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For my faily purposes its super easy to use and I like all that can be done in BI. BI does take training to learn but the possibilities truly feel endless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that I have to open a ticket for help, I've asked our contacts questions but everything has to be a ticket. Sometimes it would be nice to have them answer questions or demo something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There's so much that UKG can do and you won't be disappointed. While it is easy to use there will be a learning curve depending on what parts of the software you will need to use.
