What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What a privilege to find a software that includes everything you need for a good job performance. UKG, is the ideal software for the retention of information and personal data of employees, from the first day of admission, making the editions as time goes by, corrections, inspections, payroll, schedules, among others. Everything is stored digitally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A little expensive the plans, but with the efficiency in your work, you will want to renew it again.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the best software we have used in our company, great utility and performance with UKG. I love the option where employees have access to their information.

UKG Pro has improved our time and attendance tracking capabilities, with the added benefit of lowering our payroll processing cost. We've also been able to automate many benefits of vendor interfaces, reducing the need for manual modifications. We were able to avoid paper forms and manual data entry from the new hire onboarding process thanks to the Recruiting and Onboarding experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UKG is one of my favorite programs because it has so many features. We may use the recruiting and onboarding gateways, as well as search up current employees, see our pay deposits, assess our PTO, and so much more. It truly is a one-stop store! Everything is also quite well structured, making it simple to locate various components. It was a fantastic tool for our company.

My experience with UKG Pro was great. It was an excellent tool for working and my team was also satisfied with this tool. It increases our customer satisfaction. It was perfect overall. I really enjoyed it very much.

Its simplicity, scalability, versatility, and broad network of engineers and analysts who specialize in the system are what I appreciate best about this Payroll system. UKG Pro has done an excellent job of enabling us and our employees to keep track of our payroll status. Integrations are straightforward to set up.

Users must recruit more resources to stay up with the tool, which is tough when operating in a small business setting. It is costly, but because it is also robust, other large companies can overlook it; nonetheless, it will be a difficulty for smaller businesses with little resources.
