What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

This Software is highly rated because we use it to help us manage all employee records and we use it as a tool for recruitment as well as core HR processes, payroll, succession and performance management, HR related file management before using this system, we had a lot of paper processes, and this system has allowed us to streamline and digitize much of what we do on a daily basis and streamlining processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With great tools for management one of them is the onboarding module allows to bring more efficiency to the onboarding process of new subordinates by ensuring that information is shared with the new team member throughout the onboarding as well as customization of reports that can also be programmed. It's called BI functionality. Not least of all it has a great review and list of tasks needed to complete quarters and year end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we start the open enrollment process we lose a great deal of time due to the delay for technical support. Which is valuable time that other programs do not make us lose, as for its benefits administration function it is very limited to elaborate benefit plans and their types. Its compensation management function does not work correctly for all users which is a code error.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With good learning curve and knowledge of payroll or human resources the implementations of this program are very good at all business levels, we recommend a lot of practice of its tools to get the effectiveness of this almost complete system, UKG is used for everything, from the moment a candidate applies until after his separation and all the processes following it, it is in all our organization.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

It is very user friendly compared to Workforce ADP in my personal opinion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is very easy to find internal information on personnel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it makes a new pop up tab when you click on someones file. I wish there were no popup tabs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get used to all the buttons and features, play around with it and you will pick it up in no time.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

We use the software in the human resources department to keep up to date all the management of our employees. From their schedules, shifts and hours worked, to their attendance and work performance. All in an easy to use system, with a clean interface, which allows us to be much more organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows you to keep track of each shift of the workday, being able to establish the workers by shifts, absences and the ability to find replacements for future shifts. It has a system where we can monitor and supervise the daily time worked online, as well as the attendance and absences of workers. All the management of time control is very easy to configure according to the shifts and the hours to be worked in each one. It has a very complete time and attendance management, to keep track of the employee's daily performance and order. Allows the supervision of time online, as well as the supervision of absences and permissions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to be able to configure the same shifts to different time zones, as we have workers located in several cities that have different time zones. Setting up the program to suit our needs, schedules, shifts and number of employees took time; a more automatic system would be perfect. The program needs a more efficient search engine, so that we can search and find employee profiles without so much delay.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can recommend this software to all companies, especially to those who work with different shifts, because the organization and assistance offered to carry all the management, is invaluable and quality. Undoubtedly we work much better since we have UKG Pro.
