What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Great for first time users who have no project management experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

PM tools and navigation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a decent software for novice users but there are other PM tools with more features if you are looking for bigger project management teams.

No in-app chat for effective communication between staffs

One of the best PMS products I've ever used.

Product and task management -- all around it's incredible

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Normally, I never recommend going with higher tier options otherwise I suggest going with alternative products. In this case, what Trello provides for the paid tier is without a doubt a game-changer for any company.
