What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

1 / It is an easy tool to learn and use 2 / Trello helps streamline work and eliminate routine tasks to ensure work runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. 3 / It is multiplatform, it is available for both PC and apple and android mobile devices (phones, tablets, iPad, Kindles). 4 / Sending notifications by email (e-mail) of alerts and reminders. 5 / It allows observing the status of each task and thus focusing efforts and knowing how the project is going. 6 / To be able to pass data or illustrate the cards for better explanations with files (images, Dropbox or Google Drive).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1 / With trello you can organize the post-its or cards by activity groups, assign them and move the deadlines from one place to another at any time simply by dragging or editing the cards. 2 / The platform allows the inclusion of links, documents, comments, etc. on cards to make it easier for team members to save and share all necessary information. Trello allows you to customize the menu of each board, from adding images, choosing the background color or enabling Power ups, applications that can be installed on the platform and that add additional functionalities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello works well for small and medium projects, it is relatively simple and very agile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1 / Trello allows you to store all the information on projects, tasks and ideas. It is a safe tool because it is in the cloud and you will not lose your project information, you can also have it in your pocket with the app. Improves communication and productivity between team members, allows more tasks to be done in less time and in a more balanced way.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

One of the big differences is the ease of use of the software thanks to its comfortable interface that allows you to visualize each of the options offered by the software. I have seen some software for the development of projects that are quite complicated to use, however, Trello, and its functions, facilitate the development of teamwork, and creates the right conditions for the completion of projects

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its dashboard system; this option is quite innovative compared to other similar software, and makes it much easier to display tasks, organize schedules, delegate responsibilities and estimate delivery dates for each of the assigned projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software has changed the way I approach my work obligations, improved my teamwork method and allowed me to complete my work projects in a fast and organized way. To this day, I have no complaints about this software

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is focused on all those companies that have operational problems for the development and completion of their work projects. If this is the problem you have, I recommend you to acquire this software and you will notice great differences.
