What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Unlike Monday but like Asana, Trello offers you a free model with limited features. For more extensive features, you can upgrade to Business Class or Enterprise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The free model is good enough to get started, plus the subscription costs are less complex as well. Trello helps you stay on top of your deadlines. Being a visually extensive dashboard, Trello offers color coding to help you track which tasks are approaching the deadline. The tool works across platforms and devices, allowing you to stay in touch with your team at all times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Trello allows you to add attachments, there is a 10MB file upload limit for the basic plan. Inability to edit the comments you make on a card.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All your projects, all your tasks, your entire team, organized, posted and easily visible at a glance. The platform is quite intuitive and therefore new users instantly understand the list and card metaphor and can be working on Trello in minutes.

Pros

  • Effective Service
  • Saves Time
  • Respectful
  • Altruistic

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

The most differentiating point of Trello with respect to other collaborative project management tools (Trello vs Asana for an example) is the very simple drag & drop system (drag and drop) that allows you to change the status of a task in a very comfortable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Be able to attach explanations and files for each task on its corresponding card and be available to all members of your team. Project and user monitoring reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In Trello, you can't filter tasks by user or due dates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt, Trello is one of my favorites. In fact, it is the one I use every day because it is easy to use, very visual and allows you to keep track of tasks and deadlines without complications.
