open-source web-based software. No external software to operate. compatible with all different types of browsers. used to manage and deliver the project work. UI is simple and easy to operate. Not require any technical or coding background to execute. Easy to track all the tasks for each individual. Provides report generation features. Cross-platform software and can be run on any device. Data is on the cloud and secure in an encrypted format. Data recovery and downtime maintenance support. Very old tool and has a huge variety of support on the internet. Used to maintain larger projects as well in a big organisation.

UI is simple and easy to operate. Not require any technical or coding background to execute. Open-source web-based software. Provides report generation features. No external software to operate. What do you dislike most about this product?

Cannot be accessed without the internet. Does not allow storing the data offline or has sync support. Limit on the storage of data/material for the project. Difficult to manage the large size of the projects. Not easy to review the iterations of the project. Deployment process is a bit complex compared to other systems. It does not provide multiple boards or themes to differentiate the multiple projects. It is a complete cloud-based web tool and can be run only on the browser. The text in the comments or tasks has limited characters.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Can be used by Non-technical person also. Does not require pre knowledge or skill. Compatible with all different types of browsers. Data is on the cloud and secure in an encrypted format. Data recovery and downtime maintenance support. Easy to track all the tasks for each individual. Provides report generation features. Cross-platform software and can be run on any device.
