Simplified task management for agile teams

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Its a really intuitive system that you can jet up and running really quick. The free tier is plenty powerfull to get started and have a team get into the rhythm of things. The ability to colaborate and use mobile of web app is super convenient. Its elegant and simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can attach files, send notificationjs, send file from email to board. There are a lot of hidden gems that you descover once you really start using it..

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features are not always easy to find and it should integrate more closely with Jira, Confluence and other tools so that we can manage work directly in the tool. It may be in the works, but its been a while and not there yet. Reporting is missing. I would love to be able to create reports and burn downs from here. Cant do it, dont know how or maybe thats a premium feature I cant use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its free to get started and perfect for new or small teams. In a startup I would say its indespensible, especially if your team requires remote colaboration.

Great for wider Atlassian suite usage

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's connectivity to the rest of the Atlassian product range, made collaboration very easy

UI could do with some improvement I feel

Engineers love it, everyone else was 50/50

Visuals(UI) is way better compared to other peer tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No extra courses are required to learn this tool, very easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recovering the deleted data is very difficult incase you do it by mistake

Good to choose incase you want an organized project management tool
