Effective kanban tool for project management

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

I think Trello is a hate-me or love-me application. It's quite unique in the way it leverages the kanban approach, and if your business lends itself to that style of project management, then you'll love it, because it's very intuitive and user-friendly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without a doubt, its freshness and ease of use. You can onboard a client or a team member and in a few minutes they will find their way around.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello's advantages are probably also its disadvantages, in the sense that managing complex projects becomes very hard when you mainly depend on the kanban view. Indeed, there are lots of external apps that enhance Trello's capabilities, but then you depend on more vendors, not to mention the cost increase of a blended solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your business can be comfortably managed through kanban boards, then Trello is definitely for you. However, if your projects tend to be quite complex, with many dependencies, subtasks and involve a great number of members, maybe you should consider different solutions.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is very easy to customize with custom status values for user stories

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Trello is that it is great visually to see the status of all work in progress

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that Trello does not have one integrated board for both epics and tasks with an easy high-level view

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Trello for capturing tasks and work in progress, and it works great for Agile/Scrum

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello has many features that set it apart from other products, such as the fact that it is very useful for prioritizing work and allowing me to see the current status of the tasks I have assigned to TI. It also makes it very simple to create a new project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because it is a platform, this product allows you to organize any type of activity, from a simple meeting and the points of contact on it to the smallest activities that can be carried out in the various departments of the companies, which makes it ideal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our company and our team can recommend Trello to any work team that needs to work collaboratively and productively from any location and on any device. I recommend it because it is a project organization and prioritization software.
