What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The creation of boards is very easy to manage, and it is very good for following projects to daily tasks without complications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Handling large projects that have multiple teams is quite difficult with Trello.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is an excellent project management tool for small and medium-sized projects, however, managing large projects with several teams can be challenging. The Trello automation feature is tough to integrate into my workflow because it necessitates prior experience for automating tasks.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is undoubtedly a great starting point and one of the most useful and robust platforms for task management and full-fledged digital project management that is more productive and profitable for international teams. Because of its less complexity, it is more enticing to users and beneficial for the business by reducing the working time and additional costs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The shorter learning curve made it easier for our new team members and clients to adopt it quickly. Using its boards and other capabilities, we can better interact and work on our projects. The greatest application for both cascade and agile planning is Trello. There are numerous templates already accessible, but we can also make our own and store them as a template in the library.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While less complex than its competitors, it ultimately has few flaws and restrictions. What I don't like about Trello is how long it took for pages to load once there were several boards in a given list.

Regardless of pricing, Trello is an excellent choice for users who adore sophisticated, feature-rich task management systems. Its most appealing feature is that it offers more than simple task management; you can use it as a project management solution, and it won't let you down.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

From our company we manage different projects for clients and we need to do many tasks together, through Trello we can order each of these tasks in the form of lists which allows us to have more control between them, besides being able to evaluate the progress of our projects and the employees who have contributed to them, the lists help a lot in our company, keeping up productivity over time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The organization of all our tasks through Trello provides greater order in our company, things flow much more since we upgraded our system to this tool, Trello changed the way we distribute our projects and employees are much more comfortable using the tool. Without a doubt Trello is excellent for increasing the productivity of our employees and that tasks do not get lost along the way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Multi-team projects are difficult to manage with Trello, as it is not easy to join them together resulting in having to look for other tools when these cases arise. We would like Trello to have many more integrations that can make the work much easier, such as being able to synchronize it with Google Calendar, to keep and measure the time in which projects are developed, and coordinate delivery dates of these.

Trello is a cutting-edge option for small businesses that need to better organize their ideas and the way in which projects are worked, with its series of functions companies can manage much better than they already do and employees will have much more time to work on what is important and in a synchronized way, allowing performance evaluation and keeping customers happy with the progress of the projects being carried out.
