What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

It's very intuitive, super easy to use. Almost no training needed

The possibility of customising almost everything

Looks a bit old school

Definitely useful although not as pretty as competitors

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

We switched to Trello from Click, this one is definitely more tidy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because it works with tables, drag and drop, doing housekeeping here is definitely easier

What do you dislike most about this product?

Undoing a change takes more time than it should

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend this tool rather than Clickup or Monday.com
