Not sure about this question as I really like Trello's features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would encourage someone to try the free version and get familiar with it and they will love working with it.

Organization. Visually looks overwhelming and busy, especially when whoever made the board pics a busy background -- sometimes chaotic.
