What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Other task and project software is more limited and more expensive, Trello has the advantage of being easy to use as well as affordable for everyone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an administrator/manager I must always have order in my daily tasks in addition to keeping track of the activities I assign to my work group, with Trello I can remotely access all these pending and make sure everything is going smoothly. I love the mobile version, some apps are less favorable on the cell phone but Trello is great.

Trello works perfectly. Only sometimes it presents problems of slowness to attach something in the cards.

Ideal for keeping business project tasks organized

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

With Trello you can create guidelines which can be worked more collaboratively with the work team. Trello has a simpler panel, so from first hand it is very easy to use without any problem. I have tried other platforms to work collaboratively but I always have problems with the assignment of tasks and precise tracking, sometimes I did not even have real-time updates, with Trello I do not have any of those problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For me, Trello is a multipurpose tool that allows me from assigning tasks, to scheduling meetings, staying in better communication and managing or having better control of the things that have to be done in a project or in the day-to-day in the company where I work. I like that it can be synchronized with Google Drive so that I can keep files safe in the cloud in case of loss. It is very flexible with regards to customization as it allows me to manipulate the board tasks with just drag and drop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it lacks valuable functions to work with Trello in a professional way, I consider that this platform can be used in very small teams within an environment not so saturated with activities, although it is true that the task panel is simple to manage it can also Be confusing if you have a surplus of tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I worked within my team for projects that needed a lot of communication and organization to successfully complete each project. I can recommend that you try a free trial and demo and if it works for you and moves across the board comfortably then that is where you should start implementing it within your company.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
  • Trustworthy
