If your team members all understand that all work and work peogress should be represented in Trello, this will be very useful for visibility of work. This saves me time as a manager because I can tell where a unit of work is stalled, who assigned themselves to the card that hasn't been moved to an "In progress" or "Review" coulmn, and I can ask the developer whats going on, if they need help, etc. Basically, it helps keep a smooth workflow preventing others from being unproductive, when it is used consistently by all team members.
