Managing Projects Effectively Through Teamwork

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Our shared task boards and project management system help us stay organized and get more done as a team. Truly, it has changed the game for us. We've been able to optimize our processes, enhance our teamwork, and boost our output thanks to Trello, a highly effective project management application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello is a fantastic tool for promoting teamwork and communication because to its commenting, attachment, and team board features. In addition, it works effectively for distributed groups collaborating on a single project. Awesome resource for organizing our teams' content production activities, allowing us to keep tabs on content ideas, divide up work, and check in on team members' progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the mobile app is awkward and frustrating to use. Those who are active on several Trello boards may find the constant stream of notifications annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To-do lists and project status monitoring are two of Trello's strongest use cases. For my own purposes, I use it to keep track of responsibilities and secure information like login credentials. Because of its private board option, Trello is great for keeping sensitive information safe.

Trello gives us visual satisfaction with projects

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

That's pretty much the point. Currently, Trello is used to connect sales management with our film company's field team. The business office is located in one space, but the film production team can move anywhere on the planet. Trello is unlike any of these products. It is more like Basecamp, but even simpler. It focuses on tasks and is so simple that it would not be in the same category as Project or Knowify, for example.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello is useful to help you organize and manage user roles and team memberships/authorities. In Trello, "Cards" are a space where you can capture all the discussion about the task at hand (or any other subtask) and attach files, create checklists and generally keep track of the basics of it. Trello has the ability to create "Lists" that can be copied or serve as a template. Once you have done so, you can use it ten times. An effective alternative that reduces the amount of emails you send, while concentrating the key points in one place for management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Trello mobile app is just a small web page that struggles to use with thick fingers and a computer screen. The usability is acceptable, but I have a hard time adjusting to the look and feel. If you want Gantt charts and resource flow diagrams, this is not the right tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello excels at helping small teams coordinate multiple tasks. The harder the work, the better (it is a limited alternative for monitoring projects with enterprise resource planning software features). It has flags, checklists and an email tracking system that will help make managing dozens (or even hundreds) At a glance, you see the problems. The software has easy-to-use colored labels (which can be filed and deleted) and an "Archive" and "Delete" functionality that is convenient so you can discard a task or list when you're done with it. Also, I really like the Google Chrome plug-in.
